Staff Benefits Working Group

The Staff Benefits Working Group was created as a result of the campus-wide staff survey that the Staff Senate initiated in the Fall of 2016. The goal of this group is to better understand the benefits offered to staff and how we might influence them to better suit the needs of SCU staff.


  • Presented two recommendations to Senate Leadership that were approved and sent to the next level
  • Studied several other 'like schools' to see other benefit packages
  • Met with the head of human resources to seek guidance about creating partnerships with the SCU community with like interests
