What is your favorite part about your role? I love that my role as an apprentice provides me a place I not only can connect with nature but also my community. Through the garden, I've been able to meet so many people, from students to faculty to community members!
What is your favorite thing to grow in the garden and why? I love to grow cauliflower in the garden because it's my favorite vegetable to cook with!
