Where does our produce go?
- Resiliency Bags
During the COVID-19 global pandemic, we pivoted our typical garden-based activities in order to maintain a strong and close connection to the families and children participating in our garden programs.
- Bronco Pantry
We supply the Office of Student Life's Food Insecurity Program with fresh produce from our garden and neighboring fruit trees.
- Farm Stand
Shop seasonally and locally through our weekly, donation-based farm stand. The first hour is exclusively for students!
- Glean Team
Harvest excess fruit from trees on campus and in the surrounding neighborhood to prevent food waste and to re-distribute the produce to others. Email theforge@scu.edu to get trained as a leader or to get involved!
- Organic Certification
Our 1/2-acre is certified organic through California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
