Faculty having difficulty logging into ecampus can send a message to ecampus@scu.edu. Please be sure to provide your name, ID, and email address.
New ecampus password
If you are using ecampus for the first time, follow these steps:
Enter your User ID. For example: BSMITH.
Enter your given password and then change your password.
(For changing your password, visit How to Change Your eCampus Password).
Forgot your ecampus password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the "Submit" button (leaving the User ID and Password fields blank)
On the next screen, enter your User ID, for example "BSMITH", and click "Continue"
Enter the correct response to the question and click "Email New Password"
Your new password will be emailed to the email address indicated
Log back into ecampus with your new password following the steps above
Important:
Once you have logged into ecampus, you are able to view and update your email addresses. Go to Faculty Center tab -> My System Profile link -> Email sction.
Manually type, don't cut and paste, your new password. Some have reported problems using the cut and paste method because it occasionally adds an extra blank space.
