How to Update eCampus Contact Details
Please click on one of the links below for information on how to enter or update your contact phone numbers and email addresses in eCampus.
For Students: How to Update eCampus Contact Details
For Students
1. Login into eCampus
2. Click on the Profile Tile
3. Click on Contact Details
4. Click on the + to add a personal email address
5. A new window will appear, enter the following fields
a. eMail address
b. Click on Save
6. To update the contact phone, Click on Add Phone
7. A new window will appear, enter the following fields:
a. Type: Mobile
b. Phone Number: Your personal number
c. Click Save
8. When complete, review and correct if needed.
For Staff/Faculty: How to Update eCampus Contact Details
Faculty/Staff
- Login into eCampus
2. Click on Personal Details
3. Click on Contact Details
4. Click on the + to add a personal phone number
5. A new window will appear, enter the following fields:
a. Type: Mobile
b. Phone Number: Your personal number (DO NOT include any special characters or leading 1. For example, if your number is +1-408-555-5555, you would enter, 408-555-5555 without the leading "1" or "+" symbol)
c. Click Save
6. Click on the + to add a personal email address
7. A new window will appear, enter the following fields:
a. Type: Home
b. EMail address: Personal email address
c. Click on Save
And when you are finished, review the information and correct if needed.
