iPrint Printing with PeopleSoft

This page covers an issue with printing from PeopleSoft (printing quick vouchers) to an iPrint printer while running Windows Vista or Windows 7.

With the default setup of Internet Explorer on Windows Vista or Windows 7, printing "quick vouchers" will fail if you are using Internet Explorer to access the PeopleSoft system.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the "Start" menu and open the Control Panel.
  2. Open the "Internet Options" control panel. (On Windows 7, select "Network and Internet" to see the "Internet Options" link.)
  3. Go to the "Security" tab and remove the check-mark next to "Enable Protected Mode". Click OK to save your changes and restart Internet Explorer.
