| March Campus Recreation News Happy March and end of week eight - as we wind down the quarter we hope to see you in the facility playing pickleball or cheering on the IM teams that have made it to the play-off rounds. Make sure to follow the Campus Recreation Instagram page for all intramural sports playoff updates. Intramural tournaments kick off this month so make sure to cheer on your friends participating in the Friday, March 1 Cornhole Tournament and Friday, March 8 Pickleball Tournament! or cheer on your faculty/staff in their Pickleball Tournament Wednesday, March 13.
Congratulations to all the Faculty and Staff who participated in the Go Move Challenge. This annual February event really gets us all moving - the results were so close this year!

If there are changes to the hours, we will update them on the various hour calendars for the area impacted. These are public Google calendars, and you can add them to your calendars by clicking the lower right + sign. If you want to know if the Malley Center or Pool is open please add these to your other calendars it is great to have the schedules in real-time.
All outdoor facilities will be open as normal - please enjoy the Outdoor Fitness Area, Beach Volleyball Courts, Outdoor Basketball Court, Bellomy Field, and Bellomy Field Track. |
| Winter fitness classes are in full swing but you can pop in anytime - you do not have to go weekly, and classes are all adapted for beginners, average, and advanced attendees. All classes are free and we have 8 classes a week for you to choose from. The most recent schedule can be found here.

| Check out our Winter of Wellness 2024 page for our super cool quarter-long program where we engage with the eight dimensions of wellness through various events and activities! There're different events happening each week throughout the quarter.
SCU has a portfolio of wellness resources that are available to support you throughout the year! The Cowell Center also offers 24/7 mental health support via their hotline - (408) 554-5220 - and students can access both mental and physical health resources via the Cowell webpage. |

| Congratulations on completing your course work for graduation! Since you will not be enrolled in classes for the Spring Quarter you will need to register as a Winter Quarter Graduate member to continue having access to the Malley Center, Sullivan Aquatic Center, Fitness classes, and Intramural Sports. The Winter Quarter Graduate membership is $80 (a huge discount on the alumni memberships we offer). Register for your membership beginning April 2 at the Malley Center Front Desk. | We will be hosting an American Red Cross full Lifeguard Certification class in April (during the first three weeks of the quarter) and are still working out the dates - if you are interested in learning more when the class is set please e-mail jdemonsi@scu.edu & aquatics@scu.edu to be notified when we have more details. |
