• Classroom of Curiosity: From his original research at SCU to developing models for cleaner batteries and environmental solutions, Kyle Pietrzyk ’16, M.S. ’18 followed his curiosity. This fall, he’s taking his Bronco-sized ambition to Princeton as a professor.
  
  
• Above the Fold: SCU just welcomed its inaugural Journalist in Residence, Fred de Sam Lazaro. The award-winning journalist and PBS NewsHour veteran brings four decades of reporting experience and his Under-Told Stories Project to campus.
  
  
• Good Grades All Around: Santa Clara University landed at No. 29 nationally on TIME’s list of America’s Best Colleges, plus No. 2 among Jesuit universities, No. 6 in the West, and No. 3 among Catholic universities. Humble brag: we’re pretty proud of this report card.
