In Workday, you view a snapshot of all team members' goals by entering “SCU HCM My Team Goals - Managers.” You may also view by staff member, by entering their name and clicking on “Performance”, and then on the “Goals” tab. Here you may edit/add goals, and include relevant comments under “Activity.”
