Transition from Siteimprove to Level Access
Dear Colleagues,
Great news! We have adopted a new platform that will better help us to meet our website accessibility goals. We will transition from Siteimprove to Level Access, effective July 1, 2025. Founded in 1999, Level Access is one of the top digital accessibility platforms on the market and provides us with expanded features to help us meet our accessibility goals. For the next several months, the web team will integrate Level Access into our workflow and determine how best to onboard all of you new users.
This transition is part of SCU’s priority to improve the accessibility of our website, to better support the needs of our university community and website visitors, through increased manual accessibility reviews, improved remediation guidance, and expanded support from Level Access. For instance, accessible PDFs are a big concern for many universities, and we hope to take the initial steps to tackle them with the help of Level Access.
