You may make deposits to an ACCESS account by:

• Making a deposit online through our secure Web site
• Coming into the ACCESS Card Office
• Using the VTS machine located directly outside the ACCESS Card Office
• Using the VTS machines located in The University and Heafey Libraries
• Mail (checks only, please)*

• Discover/NOVUS
• VISA
• MasterCard
• Bursar Account Charge ($50 minimum charge)
• Payroll deduction (faculty and staff only)

• Student Name
• Campus ID number
• Your Phone number
• Specify deposit for Dining Plus or Flex Account

• Check your account balances and view a detailed list of recent transactions anytime at the Online ACCESS Card Office Web site.
• All ACCESS accounts are debit accounts only
  Cash may not be withdrawn until separation from the University
• Account statements may be requested in person in the ACCESS Card Office
