Access and ServicesAccessThe Department of Archives and Special Collections provides access to Santa Clara University's Archives. Archival materials are non-circulating and available to researchers within the context of the Records Access Policy. Researchers are required to abide by the Access and Use Policy.Materials may be viewed in the Norman F. Martin, S.J. Reading Room between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Department of Archives and Special Collections staff are available for reference services, research assistance and instruction, and records management support. Faculty can contact Erin Louthen, the University Archivist, for assistance in incorporating archival collections into the curriculum at elouthen@scu.edu For information about records management at SCU, please see our Records Management Guidelines. Reproduction and Duplication Permission to use any image from Santa Clara University's Archives in publications, displays, exhibitions, or other non-personal use, must be approved by the Department of Archives and Special Collections.
