Access

The University Archives is a part of the Department of Archives and Special Collections and is in the Norman F. Martin, S.J. Archives and Special Collections Reading Room. It is open to the public and provides access to its holdings. Archival materials are non-circulating and available to researchers within the context of the University Records Access Policy. Researchers are required to abide by the Access and Use Policy.

The Norman F. Martin, S.J. Archives and Special Collections Reading Room is open Monday-Friday, 1pm - 5pm. Appointments for use of materials at other times may be made by contacting the Archives staff.

Services

The Archives staff are available for reference services, research and instruction, and records management support. Faculty can contact the University Archivist for assistance in incorporating archival collections into the curriculum. Reproduction and Duplication

The University Archives provides photocopies, photographic reprints, and digital copies of its collections for a fee. To obtain permission to use any images from the Archives in publications, displays, exhibitions, or other non-personal use, patrons must submit our Image Use Agreement form. To obtain copies of our images, or to request permission to use our images, contact the University Archivist
