University Archives

Collections

The collections in the University Archives reflect the rich religious and educational heritage of Mission Santa Clara de Asis, the eighth of California's twenty-one missions, and Santa Clara College, the first institution of higher education in California. Our holdings include University records, archives and manuscript collections, faculty publications, and other special collections in many formats. Books, manuscripts, artifacts, photographs, maps, and audiovisual materials are all represented in our collections.
