Elspeth is a former executive with both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Santa Clara University. She has worked as an employee of and, more recently, as a consultant to several high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. She has provided leadership development, executive coaching, and career consulting to companies such as Cisco and Hewlett-Packard. Her personal career path brings her back to Santa Clara to counsel students in the schools of business and engineering in how to best use their strengths, training, and interests in the business world. Elspeth’s blend of high-tech experience and counseling training allow her to provide insight for students into how to broach the challenge of entering the world of work as well as find satisfaction in making a meaningful contribution once there.
