26th February 2011, Saturday Wear your ten-gallon hat and chaps to this one! SCU's orchestra brings the spirit of the old west to the Mission Church with music of cowboys, pioneer dances, and the Grand Canyon. Featuring J. Williams' The Cowboys Overture, Copland's "Saturday Night Waltz" and "Hoedown" from Rodeo, and Coolidge's Pioneer Dances.
