Verify completion of unit and course requirements with academic advisor and/or department chair. |

Visit the Office of the Registrar (Walsh Administration Building, 1st floor) to obtain a Petition to Graduate form. Complete this form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar by:
October 7, 2011 December candidates
January 27, 2012 March candidates
February 24, 2012 June candidates
April 27, 2012 September candidates

For students who will be graduating in Summer or Fall 2012, complete and submit Permission to Participate in Commencement form to the Student Records Office between April 2, 2012 and April 30, 2012. A link to this form will be available beginning April 2nd. |

Complete and submit the on-line response form no later than TBD May 2012. |

Visit www.scu.edu/2011grad to join the Alumni Office Online Community and enter your after graduation email address.

Please fill out the senior survey on-line between TBD April 2012 and TBD May 2012.

Commencement Requirements: All Candidates |

Indicate on your Petition to Graduate your major. ( If you have a double major, or are receiving two degrees, please indicate which department you will march/sit with. This will determine where you are placed in the Commencement Procession. It has no effect on how you are listed in the Commencement Program.) |

Purchase attire from Campus Bookstore (see "Attire, Invitations... ") no later than June 15, 2012. |
