Twenty "social entrepreneurs" have been selected to join the seventh annual Global Social Benefit Incubator (GSBI) at Santa Clara University. The program imparts Silicon Valley management skills to social entrepreneurs from South and Central America, Africa, India, and Asia who have socially vital, emerging businesses.

The award-winning documentary Witch Hunt, which features the work of the SCU-based Northern California Innocence Project in helping to free one of dozens of Bakersfield adults wrongfully imprisoned for alleged child sex abuse, airs April 12 on MSNBC. A portion of the DVD sales are slated to benefit NCIP.
