Jeanee' BurnsJeanee' has a degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University. She has been teaching group exercise for 15 years and personal training for 13 years. She has special studies focused in nutrition, Pilates and weight training. Jeanee’ is certified in Pilates and BalleCore as well as by ACSM. You can find her in multiple slots here at the Malley Center teaching classes that are easy to follow but challenging for your body! |
Alvin ChenAlvin is a certified Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics. He graduated from SCU in 2006 with a degree in Civil Engineering and is back at SCU pursuing an MBA. Alvin has experience in mountain bike, cycle cross, road, and track racing. His goal is to bring his outdoor experience in cycling into the indoor cycling environment. Outside of a fairly active racing schedule, you can find Alvin climbing the closest rock he can find or rocking out on the violin. |

Riley CostelloRiley is a certified fitness instructor who is excited to bring her enthusiasm for this Latin-inspired dance class to the SCU campus. While fitness has always been a part of her life--from playing soccer, tennis, and basketball in high school, to running a marathon for Team in Training--it wasn't until two years ago that she picked up dance. She loves chorographing fun routines to songs that are easy to learn even for those who have never danced before. Riley is a sophomore psychology major at Santa Clara, returning to SCU after taking time off to write a novel in Charleston, South Carolina. |

Lynsey Cumberford-PalmerLynsey is a certified fitness instructor in Bight Club Cardio. She is very excited to bring this new and energetic class to SCU. Lynsey has danced ballet, jazz, and modern from a young age through high school. She also enjoys rock climbing, horseback riding and swimming. Lynsey has been involved in group exersize for five years, including jazzercise, zumba and now Night Club Cardio. Lynsey is a sophomore Anthropology major. |

Eversley ForteEversley has a degree in Electrical Engineering and is certified by ACSM, ACE, and AFAA. Since 2001, he has been leading energetic and motivating fitness classes here at SCU. His coaching approach to group exercise allows him to challenge all fitness levels. Eversley is also the Executive Producer and Director of the Cardio Athletic Kickbox video and DVD series. He has been a martial artist, actor and stunt performer on commercials and films for over 10 years. |

Liz FalveyLiz has a Master of Fine Arts degree, is YogaFit certified and brings over 12 years of fitness experience to SCU. Liz has taught a variety of dance and Yoga classes and focuses on a fun but relaxing environment. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, dancing, and music. |

Natalie KorthamarNatalie is a certified Zumba fitness instructor and is excited for the opportunity to teach Zumba classes at SCU. Natalie enjoys the Zumba fitness program because it is open to all fitness levels and no prior dance experience is necessary. She is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals through positive, fun, and encouraging fitness instruction. Her fitness philosophy is that anybody, at any age, from any starting point, can embrace an active lifestyle. Natalie is proud to be part of the SCU community as a third year law student and is passionate about traveling, community service, and spending time with friends and family.

Meghan McNamaraMeghan is a certified instructor through Spinning and Mad Dogg Athletics. She runs cross country and track for Santa Clara, and has been running competitively for five years. Along with running, Meghan also cycles outdoors. She is studying biology with an emphasis in pre-health. She has a deep passion for fitness, coaching, and inspiring others through exercise. Along with running and cycling, Meghan enjoys horseback riding, swimming, waterskiing, and Eastern medicine. |

Paige ParsonsPaige is a Vinyasa yoga instructor. She received her certification in August 2011 through CorePower Yoga in Aliso Viejo, CA, where she started her personal yoga practice two years ago. Paige played tennis for most of her life and through high school, but found a true passion in yoga. She also enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and running. Paige is a sophomore Communication major. |

Corey VanHoutenCorey Graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in history and a minor in fitness instruction. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Schwinn certified cycling instructor. He is currently enrolled at Santa Clara Law School, and consequently spends much of his time at the library. He hopes to become a sports agent after graduation. He has played just about every sport at one time or another and has a passion for exercise, nutrition, and people. |

Anne WildeAnne believes that fitness begins with an appreciation for the gift of our bodies and our health. Using that gift to become stronger, leaner, and more flexible, gives us energy and endurance, reduces stress, and promotes a feeling of well being that radiates beyond ourselves. Anne is an SCU alum (MA Counseling) with 15 years of experience as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She holds certifications from AFAA and ACSM and enjoys teaching aerobic dance, Yoga, Pilates, step, and cardio sculpt. Anne is also an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor and as the owner of AnneAerobic CPR, she enjoys teaching people the skills that save lives. |
Benitisha WintersBenitisha is Yoga Fit certified Level 1 instructor with over 200 hours of training. She has over three years of experience teaching vinyasa yoga to individual clients and classes. She has been teaching at SCU since Fall 2011. Her personal interests include yoga and meditation (of course, running, biking, snow boarding, and almost anything that allows the body, mind and spirit to work together. |
