Future Directions

A message from Paul Locatelli, S.J.

All of us realize it is important for the University community to reflect formally from time to time on the meaning and relevance of a Santa Clara education. Since Santa Clara, as a Jesuit university, embraces the educational philosophy of educating the whole person of solidarity for the 21st century globalizing world, we need to ask what this means concretely for Santa Clara students.

I want the campus community to participate in the conversations about how and where a Santa Clara education should be going and what a Santa Clara graduate should know to be an effective leader in 2010 and beyond.
