The mission of the Santa Clara University Wellness Center is to support the provision of educational and preventative health and wellness services on our campus. Within the context of a Jesuit Catholic institution, the Wellness Center is committed to fostering a healthy campus environment by empowering individuals to reach their full potential, make informed positive lifestyle choices, and take responsibility for self care in order to achieve and maintain optimal levels of wellness.

Why Use a Wellness Model?
Wellness focuses on the total student, addressing areas of diversity, values and interests. Using the Wellness Model assists in the individual development of a student and helps enhance the curricular aspect of a student's experience. The wellness philosophy embodies 8 dimensions of wellness aimed to address the full person with the goal of promoting and attaining a well-balanced, integrated, healthy individual.

The Wellness Center is located in the Malley Fitness Center (building 715). Click HERE for a campus map.
