April NewsHappy Spring Quarter Broncos! We're excited to share another Club Sports update. SCU is home to 21 active and competitive Club Sport teams that face off against other universities at the local, regional, and national levels. Throughout the academic year, we ask teams to share monthly updates on what have been up to. Please note that not every team will report each month.

Swim TeamHey Broncos! Spring quarter is in full swing, and SCU Club Swim is excited to finish out the year strong. Our president, Yu-Tong Liu, swam great at Nationals in Greensboro, North Carolina on Friday, April 10. Coming up this quarter, we have our intrasquad meet as well as our annual Alumni Meet both here at SCU! We are very excited to welcome back our alumni and see some great swims in the upcoming weeks. We are looking forward to fun events, team bonding, and practicing hard, especially with the days getting longer. If you have any questions about club swimming or are interested in joining, please email our recruitment coordinator, jaoukar@scu.edu.

Men's Club SportsMen's Club BaseballIt doesn’t get bigger than this! #1 vs #6. Your #1 ranked Broncos (13-1, 11-0) went to Palo Alto on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 to take on #6 ranked Stanford (13-2,12-0) for a three game series, with massive playoff implications. The Broncos head into the weekend as winners of eight straight games while Stanford has won eight of their last ten. We are seeking their 2nd straight conference title and regional appearance. Next weekend, we will take on Menlo College to wrap up the regular season.

We worked hard to win 3-2 in the semifinals over Cal Poly and then won 3-0 in the finals against UC Davis. To finish off the season, we traveled to Kansas City for Nationals, which was a fun and memorable way to close out the season. We’re so proud of everything this team accomplished and can’t wait to see what’s ahead in the future!
