Thank you to everyone who has been working on their sites to ensure we achieve WCAG compliance. As a reminder, the deadline for the WCAG Website Compliance Project is May 1st, 2026. We now have 37 days remaining to meet this goal.

Please note that websites with unresolved, flagged accessibility issues will be disabled on May 1st and will remain unavailable until the issues are addressed and the site is republished.

WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Compliance Labs: Visit us in the lab for 1-on-1 assistance or just drop in for a quiet place to work on your TERMINALFOUR webpages.
Accessibility 1:1 Virtual Support: Book a 1-on-1 appointment with a member of the web team.
Classes: Are you creating accessible PDFs? Learn how to use Grackle for Google Docs and the Microsoft Word Accessibility tool.

Note: Please be advised that starting April 9th, we'll have our WCAG Website Compliance Project student assistance remediating across every site, in order to avoid having to take down any websites on May 1st.

Congratulations to the following T4 site owners! They have completed the WCAG compliance audit, and they have submitted it for review. After that, the migration will be complete.

Remove unused PDFs in the T4 media library and discover which PDFs have the most accessibility issues using the PDF Accessibility tool (in the Compliance Assistant).

Unlinked PDFs: 11,281 (change -1063)

*PDFs with a risk score of 40 or higher (higher score = worse). Average score is 19.1 (change -.3).

Are you remediating PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro? Do you need an Adobe Acrobat Pro license? Use the Request an Adobe Acrobat Pro form to request a special license for this project.

If the document requires advanced remediation, submit a Zendesk ticket and request assistance using the CommonLook tool, or work with our external remediation vendor, Allyant.
