It’s time to have a conversation about love and business.
Our world today is in desperate need of a reminder that love can help to move us forward. Even in business, leaders must think critically about the decisions that they make; incorporating ideas that are tied to compassion and empathy, and that recognize the emotional needs of their customers and the people that they lead.

Leading with Love: A Business Case for Compassion, a four-part interactive webinar series, will create a forum for thought and discussion around tenets of love that should be considered when leading people in today's business environment, and how those considerations can help to shape thriving teams, and organizations. This series will kick off with a panel discussion featuring Lybra Clemons, Laurel Donnellan, Steve Farber (moderator), Jim Kouzes, and Chris Lowney, followed by individual sessions on being a love-driven leader and on how diversity and inclusion can be an act of love.
