I heard about the CAAP Program from a friend who had successfully completed the program. He had great things to say about the curriculum and the potential for employment afterwards, so there wasn't any question that CAAP was the way to go for me. I attended the virtual summer recruiting event where I met with many firms. I then interviewed with three firms (one Big Four) and received an offer from Frank, Rimerman & Co. I knew immediately during the interview process that, if offered a job, I would go with them because they had everything I was looking for in my first accounting job. In addition to being a good cultural fit, as a career changer, I wanted a small to mid-size firm that really expected their associates to be there for the long haul. I also wanted ample opportunities to learn and try different service lines before committing to just one. I am excited to begin as a Rotational Associate next fall.
