 | Thank you Campus Recreation Graduates!Thank you to our graduates! Campus Recreation has 33 graduating staff and we wish them and the entire class of 2025 a HUGE congratulations! We have a number of student positions but wanted to highlight the seven (7) Student Coordinators that will be graduating. The student coordinators help behind the scenes making everything come together. The four (4) full-time staff could not do our jobs without them.
- DJ Hoang - DJ is one of our Club Sports Coordinators. He has been in this position for one year, as he started in Intramurals for two years. He will be graduating with his degree in Finance and plans to explore over the summer!
- Emma Fabry - Emma is our Fitness Student Coordinator here at Campus Recreation. She started working here last fall as a lifeguard. Emma will be graduating with a degree in Communications and plans to head back home to New York this summer to work at her hometown pool as a director and swim team coach.
- Jacob Finley - Jacob is one of our Intramurals and Sports Camp Coordinators, and he has been working here for three years. He will graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and plans to start his new job this summer!
- Lauren Baglietto - Lauren is a Club Sports Coordinator as well as a Sports Camp Coordinator, and she has been a part of our team for three years. She will be graduating with her Masters in Counseling Psychology, and plans to become an Associate Marriage Family Therapist over the summer!
- Parker Murane - Parker has served as an Intramural Coordinator and Sports Camp Coordinator with Campus Recreation for the past four years. She will graduate with a degree in Public Health and plans to look for job opportunities throughout the summer!
- Zack Ferreira - Zack works for Campus Recreation as one of our Facility Operations Coordinators. He will be graduating with his degree in Finance and Business Analytics. This summer he will be spending some of his time looking for a job!
- Will Tu - Will is a Club Sports Coordinator as has worked for Campus Recreation for one year. He will be graduating with a degree in finance and plans to move to Wisconsin over the summer!
We can not thank these student coordinators enough for their service to our program this past year administering their program areas. We are also excited for the other graduates we have on staff. Class of 2025... You did it! |
 | It has been great to see all the participants in our fitness classes this quarter, and will continue to have our Spring fitness class offerings up until finals week. We will have a limited number of finals week fitness classes starting Monday, June 9. This schedule will be updated by Monday, June 2 with the classes that will happen next week.
All classes are FREE, there are no sign-ups needed, and first come first serve, so make sure to arrive early! Classes meet in our Multipurpose Room which is to the right of the weight room.
Unfortunately, we'll not be having fitness classes during the summer session. |

We will be closed Friday, June 13 - Sunday, June 15 due to Commencement.
All hours are subject to change based on student staffing availability. Please check the pool calendar each day as we are still working on some scheduling conflicts due to finals.
*June 13 - June 14 we advise you not to use the outdoor facilities on campus that may still be open due to Commencement activities. Bellomy Field will be closed for the Grad Bash event. |

Sullivan Aquatic Center
Hours will be dependent on lifeguard availability. Check back for updated hours on our website. We will have hours for June posted by Friday, June 13. We are still busy hiring student lifeguard to work this summer.
Holidays this summer
Thursday, June 19 the Malley Center* and Sullivan Aquatic Center will be closed in observance of Juneteenth. Summer hours will resume on Friday, June 20.
Thursday, July 3 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Malley Center) & TBD (pool)
Friday, July 4 - Sunday, July 6 all facilities will be closed & will resume summer hours Monday, July 6
Monday, Sept. 1 all facilities are closed & will resume summer hours Tuesday, September 2
*Kids registered for the Bronco Kids All Sports Camp will have camp activities on this date.

 | Summer Non-student Lifeguard Openings We are still busy looking for certified lifeguards this summer & are thankful to be able to hire non-students to work - so if your college student is home for the summer & is a certified as a lifeguard please have them apply for the position through Workday - this is a part-time on-call position for the summer and is not benefits eligible. |
 | Regular access to the Malley Center for undergraduate and graduate students will end on Monday, June 16. SCU students who are enrolled in summer classes will have uninterrupted access to the Malley Center and Sullivan Aquatic Center during the Summer Session they are enrolled in classes.
Continuing students not registered for summer classes must purchase a summer membership to gain access during the summer session. Sign-ups are open for law students, undergraduate, & graduate students. Various membership options appeal to specific summer schedules and plans. Visit our membership page for further information about membership types and rates. |
 | This summer we will have our Bronco Kids All Sports Camp on our basketball courts as well as Bellomy Field! Begining Monday, June 16 our camp will utilize the courts and field Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - noon, and 1 - 4 p.m. Outside of these hours all courts will be open but during we may not have any court available as the campers will be occupying them. For the field we primarily use Field A and C except when there is still Grad Bash clean up and we will use the 1/2 that is open. |
 | We still have LOCKERS for rent - we have lockers in all locker rooms & all lockers are half-size lockers. Each locker room has two locker room spaces one for general use, and one with a code for faculty/staff. The front desk can give all faculty/staff the code.
The annual fee will be prorated to $25 (starting the first day of summer: Monday, June 16) and lockers expire the Sunday before the first day of the fall quarter (September 21). See the Malley Center Front Desk Staff to get your locker. |
 | The Bronco Kids All Sports Camp is the only multi-sport Santa Clara University summer camp. This is a 7-week day camp. The camp is open to campers ages 6 - 12, or Counselors In Training ages 13 - 17. This is a great summer camp to introduce your child/children to a variety of sports that keep them active throughout their lifetime. Get your kids in an environment to make new friends, exercise, and interact with the SCU campus facilities. Act fast as spaces fill up quickly!  | Do you have an interested in being certified to teach small group fitness programs at SCU? We are looking to bring NETA to campus this fall to teach a certification class for us over a Saturday and Sunday. Please complete this form if interested in learning more as we continue to discuss this with the company. |
 | Bellomy Field will be closed June 9-15, 2024 due to Grad Bash and will re-open on Tuesday, June 17.
During summer, on weekdays, June 16 through August 8 the Campus Recreation Bronco Kids All Sports Camp utilizes a majority of Bellomy, but space is available for current students, faculty, and staff to enjoy the field.
This is a reminder that during our summer hours, the field will close after dusk/dark for user safety. Scheduled events are the only time the field lights are programmed. Thank you for understanding. |
