Important Deadlines
3/20/25 Application period begins for non-SCU and non-degree seeking students.
4/14/25 Workday registration period begins for continuing degree seeking SCU students.
4/21/25 Workday registration period begins for non-SCU and non-degree seeking students.
5/21/25 Payment deadline for Summer Sessions.
5/31/25 Workday registration is closed; all registration must be done through One Stop from this day forward. Tuition payment is required
before registration.
7/15/25 Application period ends for non-SCU and non-degree seeking students.
Important Information
- Definitions for hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous courses are available on the Office of the Registrar's Website.
- Tuition and fees are due on the 21st of the month. Summer payments can be submitted online via Workday or through the Authorized Payer portal.
- Beginning May 31, payment of all costs is required before enrollment. Please contact One Stop (onestop@scu.edu or 408-551-1000) for assistance.
- Information about the Dewar Tuition Insurance Plan is available on the Bursar's Website.
- For billing and refund purposes, all courses taught in an asynchronous manner are assigned a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule.
However, students are required to complete assignments as stated on the course syllabus.
