Management Professor Delbecq "Best Paper" Award

“How Leaders Engage in Spirituality in Secular Corporate Cultures” by Andre Delbecq, the McCarthy Presidential Professor of Management was named as Best Paper by judges at the 2012 Academy of Management. The reviewers noted it was one of the best accepted papers in the 2012 publication.

Professor Delbecq also presented his work at a meeting of the American College of Physician Executives in San Francisco, where he told health care leaders that change management requires managing a discovery process and pooling judgments.
