The Department of Art and Art History offers undergraduate degrees in both studio art and art history.Integrating theory with practice, students choosing studio art will acquire a foundation in art history. Those studying art history will acquire practical experience in the process of making art. Many of the department's courses fulfill University core curriculum requirements in western culture, world cultures/societies, United States, and technology, in addition to College of Arts and Sciences requirements in fine arts and ethnic studies/women's and gender studies. |
