Note Regarding Part time Positions:
The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Santa Clara University, a Catholic Jesuit university with an ACS-approved undergraduate program, has openings from time-to-time for quarterly part-time instructors to teach lecture and/or laboratory courses.
The academic qualification for our positions is an M.S. or M.A. in chemistry or biochemistry at a minimum and in some cases the Ph.D. in chemistry or biochemistry. Appointments carry salaries that are variable, with the current per course minima being $3,300 (laboratory), $5,500 (lecture), $8,800 (lecture/laboratory).
