More Spring 2023 Alumni Updates

Sydney Shead, Class of 2022

Sydney Shead '22 is pursuing a doctorate in nursing. She feels prepared for the upcoming academic challenges due to SCU's History department which taught her valuable cultural awareness, writing, and research skills.


Brandon Sanchez '18 was hired as an editor for the New York. He previously worked at the Wall Street Journal. He has more publications in other outlets, covering the Supreme Court and recent election cycles.


Alex Rollins Berg, Class of 2003

Alex Rollins Berg '03 is a director and filmmaking teacher at NYU Tisch. He has produced two short films, "Ruth" and "Hold Up," which have both garnered multiple accolades at worldwide film festivals, and his creative work has received awards from institutions such as Harvard.


Emily Yekikian, Class of 2020

Emily Yekikian '20 is pursuing an MA in the Social Sciences at the University of Chicago. She is also a research assistant at the University of Chicago Career Services and feels prepared to work in a variety of fields.


Gray Goodman, Class of 2021

Gray Goodman '21 currently attends the San Francisco School of Law, in the hopes of becoming a lawyer. Goodman combines his history degree with his study of law to excel in his studies.


Priya Saha, Class of 2022

Priya Saha '22 is currently working as a health consulting analyst at Mercer. Saha utilizes key skills from her history degree to excel in her consulting role, using a liberal arts degree in the business world.
