Alberto Ribas chaired the panel "Visualizing the Entanglement of Rights, Conflicts, and Struggle in Latin American Cultures."
He also presented the paper "Technocratic Neoshamanism in Edmundo Paz Soldán's La mirada de las plantas," which is part of a longer-term project on psychedelics and medicinal plants in Latin American literature and culture.
