Advising and Resources

We are happy to have a dedicated staff to help you with your advising needs. Services we offer include general academic course planning, information about how to check your transcript on e-campus, completing pre-graduation evaluations and petitions to graduate, and facilitating mandatory Spring advising.

If you would like to schedule an appointment to meet one-on-one with our advising coordinator, Lisa Osteraas, or with one of our peer advisors, please use this link and add your name to a time that works for your schedule (each tab on the bottom of the worksheet is for a different date; the advisor you would meet with and the location of the meeting is listed next to the appointment time).

If the times listed do not work for your schedule, please write to Lisa Osteraas with times you are available and she will get back to you.

You are also welcome to drop by to see us as well. If our advising staff is not scheduled to meet with another student, we will be happy to answer your questions. The hours for Fall quarter when our advising staff will be in Alumni Science 200 (the Psychology Department) are:

Advising Coordinator Lisa Osteraas' Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm (also available for additional hours by appointment). 

Peer Advising Hours:  Mondays 11:45am - 1:30 pm, Wednesdays 3:30pm - 5:00 pm, Fridays 11:45am - 1:30pm.

The Psychology Department welcomes interested transfer students. Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to take an introductory Psychology course and statistics class.
