Reporting to the Associate VP, Auxiliary Services, this onsite, position is responsible for managing the University's enterprise risk management efforts, serves as proactive partner to University students, faculty and staff in dynamically managing operational and insurable risk, provides leadership and strategic direction to the Risk Management Office and advises campus constituents on risk-management issues by overseeing the University's insurance program, implementing and overseeing safety and risk management programs and policies, assisting with the development and maintenance of emergency plans, and investigating and facilitating the timely resolution to compliance and risk-related incidents and accidents on campus. The Director is a campus leader who demonstrates initiative and is innovative in fulfilling the position’s roles and responsibilities. 

Director, Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance

The Post-Award Specialist is responsible for the financial and accounting functions and post-award administration for externally funded awards administered through the Sponsored Projects Office. Create and monitor award/grant accounts in Workday system, Process and approve supplier invoices, purchase requisitions, payroll supplements, course release and summer salary for faculty, and expense transfers in alignment with university policy, sponsor allowability, and availability of funds. Review and reconcile payroll expense each month on grant activities, Provide information and support to administrative assistants regarding sponsored projects, Assists with the management and editing of forms and electronic documents, Respond to Controller’s Office, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Human Resources, external Sponsors and Vendors regarding processing of sponsored projects

Post-Award Specialist

Under the direction of the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Data Specialist is primarily responsible for data administration by effectively and efficiently, maintaining, auditing, processing and reporting sensitive Human Resources data. This position is responsible for reviewing the integrity of HR data entered by HR staff and by employees through self-service applications. This position is responsible for the timely and accurately completion and reporting of all HR and related surveys. This position partners with key teams and departments of the University community including IT, Institutional Research, Budget Office, Provost Office, University Finance Office, Law School, Athletics, SPO, etc. on a variety of special projects and activities.
