Electronic Time Entry Countdown - 2nd Reminder

Dear SCU Community,

Just a reminder that we have only two weeks until we go live with the electronic time recording system! Beginning with the June 16th - 30th pay period, all staff and student employees will be required to record their time electronically through eCampus.

In an effort to familiarize you with the new time keeping process, the Department of Human Resources will continue to host educational sessions for staff and student employees over the next several weeks. The following staff general training sessions are offered this week:

9:00 am on Tuesday, June 3rd in Benson, Williman Room
1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 3rd in Benson, Williman Room
10:00 am on Wednesday, June 4th in Benson, Williman Room
9:00 am on Thursday, June 5th in Benson, Williman Room
2:30 pm on Thursday, June 5th in Arts & Sciences, Weigand Room
9:00 am on Friday, June 6th in Benson, Parlors BC
2:00 pm on Friday, June 6th in Benson, Parlors BC

In addition, we would be happy to arrange department specific education sessions upon request. To schedule such sessions, please contact Agustin Ruiz at 554-4359.

Lastly, a representative from the Department of Human Resources will be available Monday, June 9 and June 16 in the HR offices located in Benson for individual educational sessions. Please feel free to drop in during business hours on any of those days.
