  • We value the distinctive perspectives that individuals and communities bring which contribute to the overall health and well-being of the SCU Community.  We recognize that empathy, humility, vulnerability, and effective communication are essential to building a healthy community.
  • We lead through an equity-minded and just lens while living our core principles, building relationships, interacting with honesty and authenticity with a willingness to take part in meaningful dialogue.
  • We believe that building an equitable community requires leading through a care ethic, increasing access, inclusion, and actively contributing to individual and institutional growth.
