Division History
In 2021, Santa Clara University created the Inclusive Excellence (IE) Division along with creating the inaugural Vice President for Inclusive Excellence role—which is a cabinet level position reporting directly to the President. The division, moreover, is constituted by six departments—Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX, the LEAD Scholars Program, the Office of Accessible Education, the Office for Diversity and Inclusion, the Office for Multicultural Learning (including the Rainbow Resource Center and the Multicultural Center), and the Office of the Ombuds.
