The Senior Director for Development, Miller Center for Global Impact, at Santa Clara University is responsible for securing major gifts ($100k–$1.99M) and strengthening alumni and donor relationships. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the Director manages a portfolio of 125 prospects, leading the full development lifecycle—from identification to stewardship—while collaborating with leadership to implement donor-centered fundraising strategies.

This position is a 50/50 hybrid role split between Operations Management (supporting the University Finance Office and the Associate Vice President) and Accounting Support (handling cashiering and financial accuracy), requiring a highly organized professional capable of balancing diverse administrative and technical demands.

The CARE Case Manager serves as the primary support contact for Santa Clara University students facing academic or personal challenges, coordinating holistic interventions, crisis responses, and proactive outreach to promote student well-being in alignment with the university’s Jesuit mission of cura personalis.
