The Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) fosters Santa Clara University's commitment to the education of the whole person in the Jesuit tradition through support for the recruitment, retention, and success of a diverse community of faculty, staff and students, and through collaborations with other offices to promote academic excellence through a diverse and inclusive campus climate.



Santa Clara University embarked on its first comprehensive Campus Climate Study in Winter Quarter 2018. The formal results were presented in October 2018. To learn more about how the University is moving forward with the recommendations, click below.

“Community Conversations: Building Bridges at Santa Clara University” is a new initiative kicking off the 2019-2020 academic year. These conversations will take place on the first Tuesday of each month and provide an opportunity for faculty, staff and students to come together an engage with each other.
