Employee Wellness

The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we would like to remind of you of the many resources SCU has available for you as an employee.

The goal of our employee wellness program is to ensure the Jesuit value of Cura Personalis, or "care of the whole person," and enhance the holistic wellbeing of our employees. These benefits are designed to meet a range of personal needs, wellness, and active lifestyles.

Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more
manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less
upsetting, and less scary.  ~ Fred Rogers
