Professor Lucia Gilbert receives prestigious career award.

Professor Lucia Albino Gilbert recently received the Leona Tyler Award, the most prestigious honor from the Society of Counseling Psychology of the American Psychological Association. The Leona Tyler Award recognizes Professor Gilbert's distinguished contributions as an accomplished scholar and visionary leader.

Professor Burger Invited to Strasbourg.

Professor Jerry M. Burger recently gave an invited address before the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. Dr. Burger spoke about the influence the Holocaust has had on psychological research.

Professor Plante appointed to University Professorship.

Professor Tom Plante was recently appointed Augustin Cardinal Bea, S.J., University Professor by President Michael Engh, S. J. This prestigious professorship is awarded to a SCU faculty member for distinction as a teaching scholar who fosters the highest ideals of a Catholic, Jesuit education.
