This five-week, virtual program offers community, accountability, and step-by-step guidance on how to develop a job search strategy. Up to now, only alumni could participate, but this spring we piloted a cohort with 20 graduating seniors and the initial feedback has been very positive.

Here's what students are saying:
"This program gave me a space to face the uncomfortable parts of the search head on and with a group of supporting peers and staff. I found that to be the most valuable part to me. ... Throughout these past five weeks, I have had three phone interviews and two in person panel interviews, and I was able to go in with more confidence utilizing my VIA character strengths. Hoping that I will get to utilize the negotiation tactics we learned today here soon!"
🙌
"This program has changed the way I am navigating my job search and given me valuable networking skills. I truly appreciate all of the ongoing support offered by the Career Center team."
🙌
Congratulations and thank you to Myriam Bartz for your leadership of this program. And thank you to the Career Development team for each leading a weekly session, which allowed us to distribute the workload.
This summer, we will again be hosting cohorts for new grads. Interested in learning more or want to recommend a new or soon-to-be-new grad to participate?
