Host International Students for Thanksgiving Dinner

Dear Staff and Faculty,

Would you like to host an international student for Thanksgiving dinner? Impact 2030 has prioritized Reach on a Global Scale, specifically highlighting the importance of international students in our community. This year, Global Engagement is inviting SCU families to host international students for Thanksgiving dinner. If your family is interested in showing a little Bronco hospitality and helping international students experience a traditional U.S. Thanksgiving dinner, sign up through our Google Form by November 20.  

International students will be placed in pairs or small groups and matched with families accounting for factors such as location and transportation. Pairings will be shared by Friday, November 22 and participants will communicate expectations- time and location for dinner, invite students to bring a dish, etc.

Please note that this is a pilot program, space is limited, and not all families or students may be matched.
