About the Strategic Plan

Building upon the many successes of our previous strategic plan, Santa Clara 2020, Santa Clara University is embarking on a months-long strategic planning process to develop SCU: Impact 2028. Overseen by the Board of Trustees and stewarded by the Planning Action Council (PAC), which includes representation from our faculty, staff, and student communities, this initiative brings stakeholders from across our campuses (and beyond) to ambitiously define shared goals and draft a strategy for implementing them. Nydia MacGregor, associate dean of graduate business programs, is facilitating the process. Once complete, this plan will inspire, strengthen our commitment to SCU’s mission, and lay out a roadmap to carry the University forward for the next five years. Questions can be addressed to strategicplan@scu.edu.

This will serve as a critical roadmap as we navigate a complex higher education landscape, and continue our progress as a leading Jesuit university.
