The Office of Accessible Education (OAE) invites you to join us for “An Introduction to Assistive Technology (for Digital Access).”
Digital Access Specialist Cam Coulter will provide a brief overview of the tools that make digital content accessible to everyone.
We will learn about different types of disabilities and different categories of assistive tech that help people use computers (either for consuming content or creating it).
We’ll explore screen readers, dictation tools, voice access software, and more, and we’ll provide a brief demo of several tools.
