Ignatian Award Nomination Form

The goal of the Ignatian Award is to publicly recognize those Santa Clara University alumni who live the SCU ideals of competence, conscience, and compassion, and have been a credit to the Alumni Association and the University through outstanding achievement in their service to humanity.

Tell us why the person you are nominating should receive the Ignatian Award.  Please include specific statements that reflect his or her service to humanity and several examples of individual accomplishment that reflect favorably upon the University.  (Examples may include community service, youth activities, achievements, awards, etc...)
