Greetings, Broncos From the Dynamic Class of 1997!
How often do we stop to think about what our lives were like 15 years ago? We surely have come a long way since the days when we scurried around the Mission Campus after The Alameda had been torn up, and we were late to class because we couldn't get from Orradre to Bannan without going through Benson, the law library, and the engineering quad! Somehow we were able to communicate and find each other without a cell phone and make big decisions like "Stuft's or Round Table?", "Mondo or Dos Pesos?"… or the end-all-be-all decision – "The Hut or The Claran???"
Those times have passed, but the time to reconnect is NOW – well, actually in October – but now is the time to get excited about our SCU Class of 1997 15-Year Reunion which will take place October 11th – 14th!
There will be a wine tasting reception, golf tournament, Homecoming Picnic, Mass, and an exciting SCU soccer game in addition to our Class of 1997 Dinner scheduled for Saturday evening. There is already buzz from the committee on who will be the first ones out on the dance floor, so brush up on your Macarena, break out your Spice Girls CDs, and "MMMBop" it back to campus for this incredible event!

These are a few of the top reasons we and your Class of 1997's 15th Reunion Committee all donating this year in honor of our reunion:
- Many gifts add up and there is strength in our numbers if we each participate! Last year, gifts of $100 or less totaled nearly $800,000.
- You can select a specific fund or department on campus to direct your donation, student organizations, athletic teams, academic departments, and clubs. Give to what you valued!
- 67% of us received some form of financial aid. Now it's over 83% of SCU students. Current Broncos need our help now more than ever.
- Our gifts will help ensure current and future students enjoy all that we did at SCU, just as alumni did for us.
