Kelley Wall ’95 has been named a director at Rose Ryan, a finance and accounting consulting firm based in Silicon Valley. Wall, who has worked at RoseRyan since 2005, will add the responsibility of creating new-product strategy to her current role of leading the firm’s Technical Accounting Group.
Misa (Horita) Uyemura '95 and her husband, Derek MBA '03, welcome Carter Kazuo on September 4, 2010. He joins big sisters Maren, 4, and Ella, 1 1/2, in Stockton, Calif.
David Topete '95 and his wife, Lynn, welcomed a baby boy, David Tomas, on July 14, 2009. David Tomas joins his big sister, Eva Lucia, 3. The family lives in San Leandro.

Cathy (Madrid) Teves '95 and Steve Teves '94 welcomed their second daughter, Samantha Nicole, on Aug. 19, 2008. Samantha joins big sister, Sydney, 4. The family lives in Santa Clara.
Eric Steuben ’90, MBA ’95 joined Asante Solutions Inc., a medical device company focused on diabetes care, as vice president of operations. Steuben has broad corporate experience ranging from high-growth startups to world-leading corporations and has specialized insight into the medical device industry. He led the manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams at Align Technology and MicroDental Laboratories. He started his career at Varian Medical, a medical device manufacturer focused on the treatment of cancer.
Tina Morais '95 and Jason Souza were wed on March 21, 2009 at Mission Santa Clara. The bridal party included Jen (Hendrickson) Mills '95 as matron of honor. The couple lives in Sunnyvale, Calif.
Jonathan M. Skiles JD ’95 has been appointed to a superior court judgeship in Fresno County by Gov. Schwarzenegger. Skiles, 48, has been a commissioner for the Fresno County Superior Court since 2009 after working for the Fresno County district attorney's office, the city of Fresno and private firms. He earned his law degree at Santa Clara University, and was admitted to the state bar in 1995.
Paul Shinn J.D. ’95 has joined Gigamon, a world leader in traffic visibility solutions, as general counsel. As part of Gigamon's executive team, Shinn will report to CEO Ted Ho. Shinn will be responsible for the company's global legal strategy and overall legal matters, including contract negotiations, strategic acquisitions, compliance, securities, and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Gigamon, Shinn served as VP and associate general counsel of HP's Enterprise Group, where he was responsible for driving legal strategy and support across multiple disciplines. He has also held senior legal roles in commercial and corporate, securities and mergers & acquisitions at HP. Prior to joining HP, Shinn was senior counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Shinn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Norte Dame and earned his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law.
Christopher Shepherd '95, principal with Shepherd & Associates Insurance Services of San Jose, and Sarah Almazol Shepherd '96 proudly announce the birth of their first child, Olivia Almazol Shepherd on June 29, 2011. The family resides in Santa Clara and are loving every minute with little Olivia.
Monica (Garcia) Reilly '95 and Matthew Reilly '95 welcomed their second daughter, Amber Abigail, on March 2, 2010. The family, including big sister Samantha, reside in Kirkland, Wash.
Amy Brydon Rapp '95 and Toby Rapp welcomed their son, Andrew, on Feb. 21, 2013. Amy works for Nike and the family lives in Portland, Ore.

Christiane (Eberharter) Parker '95 and husband Warren welcomed son Dominik Lukas on Dec. 7th, 2008. Dominik joins big brother Alex in Tokyo, where the family currently lives.
Alex J. Pacheco '95 and wife Rebecca welcomed a baby boy, Gabriel Alexander Tomas, on May 13, 2010. They live in Columbus, OH.
Eric Olson ’95 accepted a role as Genentech Product Development's Business Lead for the Smarter Information Management (SIM) initiative. SIM is a multi-year initiative aimed at transforming how the company manages and uses its vast clinical information. Eric, his wife, Kristin, and daughters, Greta and Sofie, will relocate as ex-pats to Basel, Switzerland, where Roche (Genentech's parent company) is headquartered.
Brighid O'Shaughnessy '95 is the Founder and Executive Director of Erasing the Distance, a Chicago-based non-profit organization dedicated to shedding light on mental illness through theatre. All productions chronicle true stories and tour to high schools, colleges, faith groups, and workplaces around the country.

Michael Molteni '95 and his wife Wendy (Dunn) welcomed their first child, Arabella Helene Molteni, on April 20, 2009. They live and work in Salt Lake City, where Michael is the founder of Molteni Capital Management, LLC and Wendy is the director of operations at Proactive Network Management Corp.

Julie Meggers '95 is an account manager in the Newport Beach office for PIMCO, a global investment firm, where she focuses on institutional client servicing. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2003, she was a strategic management consultant with Bain & Company. Meggers has also served as senior auditor for Arthur Andersen and lectured at St. Augustine University in Tanzania on auditing and cost accounting. She has 12 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Yale Kim J.D. ’95 has been elected to the firm partnership Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, a leading California real estate, business, and litigation law firm. Kim is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Department in the firm's Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on bankruptcy case representation of creditors and litigation, with a particular emphasis on real estate related matters, including both commercial and residential. For commercial real estate matters, he assists clients with receiverships and foreclosures, guaranty litigation, and representation of secured creditor rights in chapter 11 and 7 cases. For residential real estate matters, he assists clients with foreclosure defense litigation, loan dispute litigation, including loan origination, servicing, and modification issues, and representation of secured creditor rights in chapter 13 cases. Yale serves as lead counsel to a number of financial institution clients in bankruptcy and litigation proceedings. Yale practices in all Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts of California, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Yale's practice also extends to Federal Bankruptcy Courts outside California. Yale served from 1996 to 1997 as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Barry Russell, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, Los Angeles Division, and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Yale received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as Technical Editor of the Santa Clara University Law Review. Yale is a member of the Financial Lawyers Conference, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
Heidi Keefe J.D. ’95 was named to the Top Women Lawyers list by The Daily Journal. Keefe is a Palo Alto-based Intellectual Property partner at Cooley LLP. Some of Keefe's notable clients include Facebook, Inc., HTC Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, eBay Inc., Nike, and LinkedIn Corporation. She represents clients in high-stakes patent trials before juries and judges. Keefe has played a leading role in the defense of Facebook's patent litigation cases since 2007, and is currently co-leading Cooley's legal team representing Facebook in its patent litigation suits with Yahoo!.
