Andrew LienLecturer in MarketingAndrew Lien teaches Marketing Across Cultures in the Business School's undergraduate program, and International Marketing in the graduate business program. As founder and CEO of Info-QUEST, Professor Lien leads the firm in delivering executive coaching and customer satisfaction strategies. Info-QUEST clients include a variety of industry leaders including Apple, Cisco, SEC, INTUIT, Becton Dickinson, and Pixar. Concurrently, he had led Acceleron Technologies, a software start-up company, as COO until its acquisition in 2007. In addition, he has been a consultant with IDEO, and in executive and C-level positions at such organizations as Procter & Gamble, Gillette, KFC, Sprint Nextel, Holiday Inns, Dental Care of America, and Elaine Powers Fitness Clubs. Professor Lien received his MBA from New York University's Stern School, and his undergraduate degree from the City College of New York. He is a Certified Mediator. September 2011 |
