KEON AMINZADEH
Keon is a sophomore from San Jose, CA and majoring in economics with a minor in physics. In addition to being a Peer Advisor, Keon volunteers in the SCAAP program on campus and works as soccer trainer for local youth club teams. In his free time, Keon enjoys playing in intramural sports, hiking, going to the beach, playing pick-up soccer and hanging out with friends. This is Keon’s first year as a Peer Advisor and he is looking forward to working with the incoming business students and helping them with an easy transition to college.

ALDO ATIENZA
Aldo is an international student from Manila, Philippines. He is currently a sophomore and is pursuing a degree in accounting and information systems. He is a member of the academic business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and Barkada, the Filipino Students Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton, spending countless hours on Hulu and trying out different restaurants around the area. He also loves going to the beach and going on camping and hiking trips with his friends. He is eager to help out the incoming business students with their class selections, work-life balance and adjusting to their new and crazy life here in college. He is excited to meet and get to know the class of 2015!

CATHERINE BLUE
Catherine is a sophomore from Mercer Island, Washington and is currently an undeclared business major, but intends to major in accounting. On campus, she is very involved with the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, social Greek life and Relay for Life. In the next three years, she intends to become involved with SCAAP and become a student ambassador. Her hobbies are baking, shopping, being a cheerleader at SCU sports games, spending time with friends, going to the gym and listening to music. As a first year peer advisor, she is looking forward to helping make future broncos feel completely at ease with their SCU careers. She is extremely excited to hold this position and meet all the new students!

ERICK CASTELLANOS
Erick is a junior OMIS and biochemistry double major and biotechnology minor commuting from Campbell, CA. He is active with the Santa Clara Entrepreneurs Organization (SCEO) where he adds his input from his own entrepreneurship experience with his local business, the Santa Clara Community Action Program at LUCHA. Erick is very active with his jump house rental business, Cool Bouncer, which he co-owns with his father. Erick will be obtaining his substitute teacher credentials this summer in order to work at his old high school as a substitute teacher. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, web-site designing, teaching, and planning events. He would love to start a group with other fellow students to attend several marathons during the next year. He is thrilled to help all the incoming freshmen as an LSB Peer Advisor!

SHANNON CLIFFORD
Shannon is a sophomore from Burnsville, Minnesota who is majoring in marketing with minors in communication and economics. On campus she is involved in Global Medical Brigades, plays intramural soccer, and works at Dukes Business Service Center. She is also involved in Greek life through Alpha Phi and has helped establish a Greek Honor Society for all of the sororities. Although she is bummed her first year at SCU is over, she is excited to meet all of the new freshmen and offer all the advice she can give.

BRYAN CORRIGAN
Bryan Corrigan is a sophomore from Naperville, Illinois. He is an undeclared business major, but intends to major in finance and/or economics. At Santa Clara University, Bryan is on the club water polo team, an active Ruff Riders participant, and this is his first year as a Leavey School of Business Peer Advisor. He loves to play basketball, eat, swim laps, and watch whatever sporting event is on TV in his free time. Bryan is very excited to be on the Peer Advisor staff and to work with the freshman class of 2015!

JAMIE ESTOPINAL
Jamie is a sophomore from Sacramento, CA and is currently an undeclared business major, but is leaning towards majoring in finance with an economics minor. In her free time, she enjoys playing intramural tennis, volunteering for Special Olympics Tennis, traveling and hanging out with friends. This is her first year as a Peer Advisor, and she is very excited to meet the freshman class of 2015 and help them with any questions or concerns they may have as they start their time here at SCU!

SAMANTHA GISI
Sam is a sophomore from Santa Clara, California. She is currently an undeclared business major, but leaning towards finance or accounting. On campus, she is part of the Unity RLC for her second year and enjoys helping out the SCU Men’s Soccer Team. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her friends talking, doing sports like volleyball and softball, shopping, and any other fun activities they come up with. As her first year of being a Peer Advisor, Sam hopes to help any nervous freshmen with any questions they might have, no matter how big or small it may be. She knows that the first year of college is the scariest and hopes to make the transition smooth, stress free, and fun!

HANNAH HENDERSON
Hannah is an incoming sophomore from Paradise Valley, Arizona. She is an undeclared business major, but intends to major in Marketing and is an international business minor. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, working out, spending time with friends and attending concerts around the area. This is Hannah’s first year as part of the Peer Advisor team and she is looking forward to getting to know all of the incoming business students in the fall.

ANDREW HOFFMAN
Andrew is a senior management major from Pennsylvania. Andrew joined the Santa Clara community after completing freshman year at another Bay Area college and has never looked back. His interests include politics, reading and traveling. While at SCU, he studied abroad in India and traveled with a business school trip to Beijing. He’s looking forward to easing the transition to college life so new students can enjoy their college career as much as he has.

Marina is a sophomore from San Jose, California and is currently pursuing a degree in finance. On campus, she works as a grader for the math department, is a member of the Da Vinci RLC, and plays intramural soccer. In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family. Marina is excited to start her second year at SCU and to work as a Peer Advisor and meet the incoming students!

GARRET JENSEN
Garrett Jensen is a sophomore from Portland, Oregon. He is currently pursuing a finance major with a minor in Entrepreneurship. On campus, he is a Student Ambassador in Undergraduate Admissions, a member of S.C.U.ba Club, and is in the ACE Scholars Program. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, talking with others, playing basketball and tennis, and eating. He looks forward to meeting the class of 2015 and plans on engaging and integrating them within the Santa Clara community.

NICOLE LUGUTU
Nikki is an incoming sophomore from Manila, Philippines and intends to major in accounting and minor in mathematics. She is a Peer Tutor for the Drahmann Center, a volunteer at the LUCHA Santa Clara Community Action Program, and will be the Sophomore Representative of the SCIFirm organization and an active member of the ACE Scholars Program this upcoming year. She enjoys playing sports and exploring the outdoors, traveling and reading, solving logic puzzles, and meeting new people. Coming from a more different environment than others, she knows how tough it could be for freshmen to adjust in a completely new world – a reason for her to be a Peer Advisor and a helpful aid to the new undergrads!

STEPHANIE MATA
Stephanie is a sophomore from La Quinta, California. She is currently studying accounting with a minor in mathematics. She is involved in Santa Clara’s Movemiento Estudiantil Chicano Aztlan club (M.E.Ch.A), SCCAP, Hermanas Unidas and the Society of Professional Hispanic Engineers club (SHPE). When she is not in scholar mode, Stephanie enjoys listening to all types of music, taking road trips to attend awesome concerts, baseball games at Angels Stadium, watching movies, and spending downtime with friends and family. This is her first year as a LSB Peer Advisor and she is excited to give back all the wonderful advice she learned from her peer advisor to the incoming freshmen. Stephanie hopes to help make the advising experience for the class of 2015 an enjoyable one.

KARLENE MCCALLACREARY
Karlene is a junior from San Jose, California and is pursuing a degree in accounting. Outside of the business school, she likes to dance and is a member of the professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. This past summer she interned at Ernst & Young and enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. She is looking forward to returning as a Peer Advisor for a second year and meeting all the incoming freshmen!

JONATHAN MENEZE
Jonathan is a sophomore from Mt. View, CA and is currently an accounting and information systems major. On campus, he is the Vice President of the Broncos for a Better Tomorrow Club, part of the University Honors Program, and is an active intramural sports participant. In his free time, "Jono" loves to play golf with his dad, watch the San Francisco Giants, travel around the world, eat Indian food and hang out with his friends. This is his first year as a Peer Advisor and he is very excited about working with his fellow Peer Advisors and the freshman class of 2015.

MARIAN PAN
Marian is a commuter student from Fremont, California. She is a sophomore who’s currently an undeclared business major. She is very excited to explore the different fields in the business school and find the right fit for her in the coming year. In her spare time, Marian loves to hang out with her friends (it always involves eating scrumptious food), playing piano, swimming, spending time with her family and simply, enjoying the life she feels blessed to have. Marian is STOKED for the opportunity to be a peer advisor. She looks forward to meeting all the new students and helping them transition into and find a home at SCU.

MARISELA SANDOVAL
Marisela is a senior from Denver, Colorado and is pursuing a degree in finance. On campus, she works as a student assistant at the Career Center and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. In her free time, she likes to read, to travel, and to spend time with family and friends. This is her first year as a Peer Advisor and she could not be happier to meet new people and to help them with any advising needs.

JACOB SANDOVAL
Jacob Sandoval is a sophomore economics major originally from San Francisco, CA. Apart from advising, he is the Vice President of a Social Justice fraternity here on campus as well as an intern for Mass Mutual Financial Group. Among other things, his biggest passions and interests are golf, boxing, and health and fitness. This will be Jacob’s first year as an advisor and he is very excited to mentor and befriend the incoming freshmen!

LAUREN SHIGEMASA
Lauren Shigemasa is an incoming sophomore from Pearl City, Hawai`i. She is currently an undeclared business major, but is thinking about majoring in marketing. She is also looking into minoring in either international business or communication. In addition to being a first-year LSB Peer Advisor, she is also the Multicultural Center Representative for Ka Mana`o O Hawai`i, as well as a Desk Receptionist for the Xavier RLC. In her free time, Lauren loves shopping, baking and dancing hula. She is excited about being a Peer Advisor, and is looking forward to welcoming all of the incoming freshmen into the Leavey School of Business!

CAROLYN SUCHA
Carolyn is going to be a sophomore and she is from Modesto, CA. She is currently an undeclared business major but intends to major in finance and minor in economics. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies with her roommates, trying new food, exploring the Santa Clara/San Jose area with friends, playing with her dog when she’s at home, and shopping (even if it’s only online). This will be her first year working as a Peer Advisor and she is very excited to meet all of the new freshmen, welcome them to Santa Clara, and help them through their first year here!

ANDREW VALENCIA
Andrew is a Senior from San Diego, California and is pursuing majors in both finance and political science. On campus, he is involved in the business school, a study abroad ambassador, and scholarship student. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing and watching sports, skiing, and socializing with friends. As a first year peer adviser, he is excited to meet the class of 2015 and helping them begin their college careers.

KORTNEY WYNN
Kortney is a senior accounting major and economics minor. Last summer she interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers and she will hopefully be working for them full time after she graduates. On campus she is very involved within the business school. She currently works in the Dean’s office in Lucas Hall. She is also in ACE, an honors business program that has allowed her to do many community service activities and be actively involved in the business school. She is also a learning leader for both BUSN 71 and 72, so if you are lucky you might just see her again in the classroom. Outside of the classroom, her hobbies consist of watching or attending all Bay Area sports, especially the Sharks and the Giants, cooking and being active. This is her first year as an active Peer Advisor. She cannot wait to meet everyone and help them carve their own path through Santa Clara University.
