Disbursement Dates
Santa Clara University Financial Aid Office runs the disbursement process on a regular basis twice a week, on Monday and Thursday mornings. The exceptions are holidays or if the Santa Clara University Financial Aid Office is closed. For those exceptions the disbursement process will run on the next business day. Make sure that you have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), Entrance Counseling (if applicable) and your Master Promissory Note (MPN). You must also submit any other documents you have been notified are required and have completed all process necessary to activate your award. Your loan and/or scholarship may not disburse until all required documents are processed and completed.
